Jack McWilliams

Operations Director

Jack brings nearly a decade of strategy and operations experience across healthcare, finance, cannabis, and tech. Most recently, he served as Chief Operations Officer at MMJ Health, where he led the company’s expansion – doubling the clinical footprint to 22 in Florida and expanding into Georgia. During his tenure, he grew and managed a team of 50+, including 13 MDs, with full oversight of P&L, HR, and Technology. Jack’s career has consistently centered on collaborative problem-solving, building strong cultures, and empowering others to achieve results. Prior to MMJ, he held roles at JP Morgan, EY, and Ayr Wellness helping to strengthen his financial and operational acumen.

Jack earned his Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship and Financial Planning from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where he founded the Jesuit Business School Alliance.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jack loves a good cheesesteak – unfortunately, a rarity in South Florida – and is a proud fan of the World Champion Eagles. Outside of work, you’ll find him coaching new grads, pursuing fitness goals, and spending time on the beach or water with friends and family.
