Courtney began working in veterinary medicine in 2007 and grew up through veterinary hospitals as an assistant, technician, and Practice Manager before joining the VPP operations team in 2022. She graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Psychology and moved into veterinary medicine after several years working with animal shelters.
Across Westchester, Dutchess County, and Connecticut, Courtney brings data and hands-on support to the leadership teams making decisions about their hospitals. She collaborates closely with doctors and practice managers on growth, operations, and the teams behind the medicine.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling and spends her time with her husband Jason and their dog Elsie, a stray from Texas who landed exactly where she should be.
