T.J. brings over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine and multi-site leadership, with a proven track record of developing teams, strengthening operations, and delivering sustainable results across practices.
Originally from Santa Rosa, CA, T.J. lives in Fairfield, CA with his wife, Vanessa, and their two daughters, Savannah and Sophia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, exercising, watching sports, and staying committed to personal growth.
