As VPP’s Director of Doctor Partner Growth, Tiffany is instrumental in strategically expanding the organization’s network of veterinary practice owners. Her expertise is focused on identifying highly qualified DVMs across the nation and seamlessly integrating them into VPP’s ecosystem through the comprehensive Pathways to Partnership program. Tiffany’s approach is deeply rooted in cultivating authentic relationships, meticulously understanding the unique aspirations of each doctor, and expertly aligning them with bespoke partnership opportunities engineered for sustainable, long-term success.

Tiffany brings a robust foundation of over 15 years in recruitment and talent management to her current role. Her career began in campus recruitment, evolving to encompass multi-site and franchise management, and ultimately specializing in doctor recruitment. A personal passion for animal health and a desire for deeper involvement in the veterinary community led her to gain hands-on experience as a veterinary technician at respected institutions such as BluePearl and Banfield Pet Hospital.

Tiffany is deeply committed to serving her community, striving to make a meaningful impact on both people and animals alike. She is also a passionate advocate for mental wellness, often channeling that commitment through her love of golf as a source of balance and connection.

A devoted pet lover, Tiffany shares her life with her daughter and Giant Schnauzers, affectionately known as her “gentle giants.” They occasionally make charming appearances during virtual meetings, playfully posing as lap dogs and bringing a touch of humor and warmth to her conversations.
