Trevor Dadonna

Director of Operations

Trevor is a trusted partner to the hospitals he supports across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas. He’s known for his structured, data-driven approach and his commitment to helping practices succeed. As Director of Operations, Trevor works closely with hospital and home office teams to create alignment, sharpen business focus, and drive sustainable growth. Prior to joining VPP, he was as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where he partnered with clients across industries including oil and gas, defense, and federal healthcare to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.

Trevor also spent eight years in the Army National Guard, most recently as a Company Commander leading Soldiers, including a deployment overseas. Trevor earned his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

He lives in Kansas City with his wife, Morganne, and their growing family. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys watching college football, Formula 1 racing, cooking, and staying active.
