Elena Rohner joined VPP’s Operations team in 2024 after 6 years working across industries as a consultant at Kearney and private equity associate at New State Capital Partners. As an Operations Director, Elena supports VPP hospitals across Long Island, NYC and Upstate NY – collaborating with her doctor partners and practice managers to grow their hospitals, improve operations, and distinguish their practices as providers + employers of choice in the community.
Elena is a city kid who grew up on the Upper West Side in Manhattan and received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental studies from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
She now lives in Port Chester, NY with her husband and fur baby Jack – a scruffy mutt she fell in love with while touring a rescue partnering with her East Hampton hospital team. Outside of work, Elena loves being outside in any form, cooking for friends and family, and quiet afternoons reading.
