Vice President, Procurement & Optimization
Jared comes to us with over 18 years of professional experience within the Animal Health Care Industry. He started his industry career working for Zoetis, then founded and managed a Veterinary GPO (Veterinary Purchasing Group), owned and operated animal hospitals, and most recently was managing Procurement, Strategy and Optimization at United Veterinary Care. He has spent much of this time working with veterinary hospitals to help them optimize their procurement and pricing strategies. He is excited to carry these learning experiences into his role at VPP.
Jared is a New England native who has lived in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for most of his life. He currently resides in Portsmouth, RI with his wife, four children (two boys and two girls), and their French Bulldog Peggy. Before starting his professional career, Jared obtained his B.A. from Boston College.
