Justina brings over 20 years of expertise in human resources management to her role at VPP. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer in the early childhood education sector for three years. Prior to that, she held leadership positions for two decades in human healthcare, including serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Valleywise Health and Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona.
Justina holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential holder. She currently resides in Arizona with her husband, six children, and cherished dogs, Mocha and Chuy. Outside of work, Justina enjoys indulging in her passion for baseball, beach outings, and staying active through family softball games.
