Sam works closely with practices and practice owners to find the best fit within VPP’s unique co-ownership model, culture, client experience, and high-quality medicine. She boasts over 18 years of experience in the veterinary world, having held roles ranging from a kennel assistant to hospital management. In recent years, she honed her skills in partnership integration and business development. Beginning her journey with an extensive background in veterinary operations and complemented by an MBA in Human Resources, Sam provides invaluable insights to VPP’s business development team. Her dedication ensures that practices align seamlessly with VPP’s mission, vision, and operational structure.
When she’s not traveling to engage with potential practices, Sam cherishes time at her home outside Phoenix, Arizona with her beloved fur family. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is diving into learning ASL and finds fulfillment volunteering at a local equine therapy farm.
