Chief Administrative Officer
Justin is an experienced operations leader, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at PharmScript, where he helped scale the company by quadrupling its pharmacy count, leading new pharmacy startups, and integrating acquisitions. He also led technology initiatives, including internal applications and a customer portal, contributing to PharmScript’s successful acquisition by Optum in November 2024.
Before PharmScript, Justin was a Vice President at Summit Partners, where he focused on healthcare services investments and worked with management teams to drive operational improvements. He has also served on the boards of several healthcare service companies.
Justin holds a B.S. from Tufts University. He lives in Charlestown, MA, with his wife, Vanessa, their two kids, Sloane (11) and Dean (8), and their cat, Brooke. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, watching his daughter play hockey, and watching his son play baseball.
