VPP Peer Groups are selective, collaborative gatherings where veterinary practice leaders come together to share insights, learn from peers, and address the real-world challenges of leading a clinic. These groups emphasize collegial exchange over conventional lecture-style formats, fostering meaningful connections and practical takeaways.

Home Team Summit is an annual gathering designed to bring every Home Team department together in one place for meaningful collaboration, strategic alignment, and camaraderie. This event creates dedicated space for teams who typically collaborate virtually or cross-functionally to connect in person, strengthen relationships, and align around our collective goals. The Summit serves as an opportunity to reflect on our progress, clarify priorities, and ensure that all departments are working cohesively toward our organizational objectives.

The Partnership Training Program (PTP) is designed to equip new, future and established partners with the tools of partnership, including what partnership at VPP means, a foundational understanding of core business concepts, and how to be a more effective partner and owner within their hospital. This six-month, hybrid program (virtual and in-person sessions) introduces participants to key VPP Home Team leadership and offers a networking opportunity with peers across the VPP community.

The VPP Leadership Academy Certificate program is designed to build the capacity of both our clinical leaders as well as those at VPP corporate level to better understand and leverage the macro-trends in the veterinary industry to bring about personal and professional success.

VPP Academy is designed to develop the skills and confidence of newer (and not-so-new) veterinary practitioners. The session focuses on dental and surgical skills through hands-on wet labs, taught by excellent faculty members and delivered in the outstanding teaching facility at the Viticus Center in Las Vegas.

PM Summit is an event for designed for Practice Managers within the VPP community, offering a high-energy, hands-on experience. The program focuses on strengthening the fundamental habits, strategies, and decision-making skills that drive lasting, sustainable practice success. By reinforcing core managerial and operational essentials – the “basics”- this experience empowers managers to lead with confidence and create long-term impact in their clinics.

Homecoming is our signature annual gathering, designed to unite members of the VPP community and foster meaningful connections with growth-minded people. This event blends professional development with celebration, offering opportunities to learn, connect, and share experiences. It’s a chance to strengthen relationships, highlight achievements, and celebrate the culture that makes VPP unique.

The Partner Retreat is a dedicated and intentional time for partners to gather in meaningful conversation with one another and with organizational leadership. This retreat creates space for open dialogue, shared reflection, and collaborative thinking around the direction, priorities, and long-term vision of our work. Designed to foster trust and transparency, the retreat offers an opportunity for partners to exchange insights, surface opportunities and challenges, and engage directly with leadership in thoughtful discussion. The retreat also facilitates additional skill building, informal connection, and relationship-building.
