Operations Director
Andy Ignacio joined VPP in 2022 and holds the title of Regional Director of Operations, supporting our locations in Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee. Andy comes to us with vast experience in both the hospitality and veterinary industries. Having worked his way up from a Practice Manager, Andy has experienced the veterinary industry from multiple levels and in a variety of business structures. Andy is originally from Puerto Rico and has lived all of his adult life in Florida. He, received his Bachelor’s degree in business and hospitality and his Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida, Go Knights!
Andy currently lives in Fernandina Beach, Florida with his wife Michelle, and their children, Andrea and Armando. They all serve their little Malte-poo, Lola! In his free time Andy enjoys playing golf, surfing and watching every and any sport.
