Vice President of Partnership Development
Courtney works with all new partners and hospital teams through the life cycle of their transition into the VPP family. She offers a unique perspective on what partners and teams can expect after integration, since she started her tenure with VPP on the operations team. This helps her paint a picture of what the day-to-day partnership experience will look like. As she currently oversees the integration process, Courtney offers perspective on what steps hospital teams will go through on their journey to Partnership Day and beyond. Having started her career as an occupational therapist in the ever-changing healthcare landscape, she has a deep commitment to ensuring hospital staff and teams feel supported throughout the transition, as well as keeping ownership in the hands of clinicians.
When she’s not traveling to get to know our new teams, Courtney loves to spend time with her husband, son and daughter, and black Lab and Bernedoodle, preferably while all six of them are at the beach.
