Jess serves as VPP’s Director of Doctor Partner Growth. In this role, she is responsible for identifying DVMs across the country and meaningfully engaging them as potential practice owners through VPP’s Pathways to Partnership. Her work centers on building trusted relationships, understanding each doctor’s goals, and aligning them with partnership opportunities designed for long term success.

Jess brings more than 20 years of experience in the veterinary industry. She began her career as a veterinary technician in general practice and multi-specialty surgery before transitioning into recruiting and growth leadership roles. Prior to joining VPP, she supported specialty and multi-location networks at Animal Outpatient Specialty Network and Western Veterinary Partners.

Jess lives on the South Coast of Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family, dogs, and horses.
