She joins us from Mission Pet Health where she led seamless integrations that support smooth transitions, operational alignment, and long-term success for veterinary teams.

Jessica began her career in the veterinary field as a technician, an experience that motivated her to deeply understand the inner workings of every department within a practice. This hands-on foundation fueled her passion for innovative solutions, efficient processes, and the continuous improvement of patient care and client service.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked closely with practice teams to help them achieve their maximum potential. Her mentorship supports both growth and performance by offering creative, customized approaches to elevate patient care, enhance client experiences, and improve business efficiencies.
