Operations Director
Jodi joined VPP as Director of Operation in 2022 bringing with her 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine. Jodi has grown in the industry serving as a receptionist, veterinary assistant, and hospital manager for many years before moving into operations in 2016. She is a Certified Veterinary Business Leader (CVBL) and holds a certificate from Cornell University in Business Analytics. She finds fulfillment in supporting hospitals to be highly client focused teams with excellent patient care, while helping them find the all-important work/life balance. Jodi is an advocate for mental health in the veterinary industry and supports NOMV. She believes the more hospital teams she directly helps on their journey, the more pets she can help indirectly. She currently serves our hospitals in the Western United States plus a few not so western states.
Jodi resides with her husband Charlie, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a mini pony on a few acres in South Texas. Even with all the work travel her favorite hobby is still travel but she also enjoys fishing, hiking and anything that takes her to the mountains.
