Matt has overall responsibility for stewarding and articulating VPP’s unique whole-person culture and orchestrating how it lives throughout the community. He oversees internal and external communications, meetings and events, learning and development (including organizational learning and process improvement), and coaching and personal development. His focus is on developing unusually humanistic programs that support the growth of both the human being and the practitioner.

Matt brings 20+ years of experience as an executive, facilitator, and coach. He formerly served as Senior Director and Global Lead on DaVita’s Wisdom Team, where he stewarded culture globally and developed leaders through coaching, facilitation, and training—earning Training magazine’s “Top 125” award for five consecutive years. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
