Tracy brings more than two decades of veterinary experience to her role as Vice President of Operations at VPP, where she has supported impactful improvements in employee, client, and patient experiences since 2020. Her approach blends operational discipline with a deep understanding of hospital dynamics. She holds a CVPM designation and a Business Analytics certification from Cornell University, along with academic backgrounds in Veterinary Technology and Business Management. Outside of work, she enjoys time on her miniature donkey farm with her husband, Zack, and is actively involved in the dog show community, judging shows across the country and competing with her Tibetan Terriers.
